Return Policy

www.eleganceoutletstore is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

At www.eleganceoutletstore.com we offer an EASY 15-DAYS RETURN  policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items bought from www.eleganceoutletstore.com. Since we are an outlet store we do not currently accept exchange.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.eleganceoutletstore.com you will be provided with a Store Credit of your purchase value if you have paid via Cash on Delivery which is redeemable only online at www.eleganceoutletstore.com.


Kindly Note:

Store Credit will be valid for six months from the date of issue.  Store credit can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be used partially. You can use this credit for the purchase of the same value or higher value.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise in unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or refund, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.


You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:

 

  • Most merchandise is returnable in our stores and to check which merchandise items cannot be returned in our stores please refer to our return policy.
  • You may e-mail www.eleganceoutletstore.com and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/exchange/refund may not be possible.

Note that we will not be able to accept returns that are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

 

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and e-mail us at [email protected] mentioning your order reference number. We shall arrange the replacement delivery at the earliest.

 

If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charge.

We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from www.eleganceoutletstore.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns of jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments, lingerie), swimwear, gift vouchers, and any made to order or altered merchandise.

 

Returns through courier collection:

Return through courier collection shall only be done, for merchandise with the same price as the said merchandise being returned. You may indicate clearly the replacement merchandise requested and our Customer Care Associate will confirm, if the said merchandise is available in available stock and whether the return can be made.

The refund against a return request made to  www.eleganceoutletstore.com customer support and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.

After the merchandise is received by www.eleganceoutletstore.com and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the merchandise. In case of Cancellation, Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholders credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholders credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder issuing bank.

 

Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns policy:

www.eleganceoutletstore.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.eleganceoutletstore.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering www.eleganceoutletstore.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.


Elegance outlet store offers returns for products within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. Products that are eligible for return have the - “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.

It may take up to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your store credit if you paid in cash. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:


Electronics and Mobiles

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.


Beauty and Health

  • Hair and personal care, vitamin-dietary supplements, and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.
  • Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.


Fashion

  • Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return.
  • Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging.
  • Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.


Home & Kitchen

  • Furniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return.
  • Home decor products are accepted for a return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage, and must be in the original packaging.
  • Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return.
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.


Sports & Outdoors

  • Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.


Toys & Games

  • Dressing up costumes are non-returnable
  • Toys and Games that are used, activated or missing parts will not be accepted for return


Baby Products

  • Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return.
  • Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.


Tools & Home Improvement

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  • Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Books

  • Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.


Stationery & Office Supplies

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  • Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted.

 

General conditions applicable to all returns

Elegance outlet Store shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. In case both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub. The customer can raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt. If we receive the request from the customer for another attempt within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt, we can arrange the last attempt for delivery within two (2) business days otherwise the item will be sent for liquidation and the customer won’t be able to request for the delivery of the product again.

HOW TO RETURN

If your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you've got 15 days from when you receive your order to have your items sent back to us for a store credit or refund.

 

CREATE RETURN

Sign into your account, go to ‘Your Orders’ and select ‘Create a Return’ on the order you’d like to return.

 

PLACE AN ORDER AS A GUEST.

If you aren’t registered on the ELEGANCE OUTLET STORE, you can arrange a return here. Then, simply enter your email address and order number and follow the steps.  Please note, we can only issue the refund to the original payment method.

 

BOOK YOUR FREE COLLECTION

Arrange for FedEx to collect your return. You can do this in the following ways:

  • PHONE: Visit the FedEx site and select your country/region to find your local telephone number. Then, call FedEx and quote our account number from your return email or printed label or just simply e-mail us about your concern.
  • DROP-OFF: Take your parcel to your nearest FedEx store or facility.

 

PREPARE YOUR PARCEL

Remove any original shipping labels and attach the pre-paid return label which was sent with your order to the outside of the box before sealing it.

If you'd like to track your return on the courier's site whilst it's on its way back, make a note of the tracking number on the label.

Make sure that all the items you wish to return from your order arrive back with us together in one parcel, so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

We aim to process your return within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, during busier periods it may take slightly longer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send it back from the same destination it was delivered to. Should you choose to send your purchase back from an alternate location, and use a different courier:

  • You’ll be responsible for any additional charges
  • Your return may be delayed if held at customs
  • We’ll be unable to issue a refund if your purchase isn’t sent back to us at the original location.
