Shipping Policy

• www.eleganceoutletstore.com caters to United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, The Philippines, India, and Qatar.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, and Credit Card all over UAE. Debit and Credit cards for other countries.
• Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days for most of the areas.
• Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
• Orders of less than AED 300 will be charged for the shipping fees (non-refundable). Orders of AED 300 or more will be delivered free all over UAE.
